Available exclusively at the bar, The Eight Course Cocktail Tasting Menu is a seasonal expression of Bar Director Trevin Hutchins’ and Bar Manager Michael Nathan’s approach to flavor, memory, and place. This culinarily driven beverage experience includes an array of low ABV and miniature, full-proof cocktails.
Featuring a diverse lineup of distillates made in house via rotary evaporator, these truly unique cocktails explore foraged and oceanic flavors like eucalyptus, mushrooms, and anchovy. In tandem with the culinary program, this menu is a tribute to the water.
