Full Time • Hourly (Based on Experience)

In tandem with our culinary values, the bar program at Palette is a reflection of Bay Area seasonality with a rotating list of classically inspired cocktails. Focusing on traceability, no shortcuts are taken in sourcing and ingredients are only served in their prime. The team strives to use every part of what they receive and innovate new techniques in repurposing what could otherwise be considered waste. The team takes an engaging and highly collaborative approach to training and menu development, often taking educational staff outings, holding monthly spirit trainings, and weekly trips to the local farmers market for inspiration.

We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We are seeking a highly motivated and service-minded individual to join our team.
